Jay Sinha
President
After graduating from the University of Mary Washington, Jay was selected to the prestigious Governor’s Fellow Program. During his time in the Office of Governor Tim Kaine, Jay utilized his extensive knowledge of government and business practices to conduct research and produce reports regarding the small business environment in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
This experience helped Jay gather additional real-world knowledge about the business environment in Virginia.

As one of the three founders of MJA Web Design, Jay is responsible for the creation of the unique and innovative MJA business model. Jay's tenure is marked by the company's early certification by the Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise, the recruitment and retention of many of the company's associates, and securing strong business relationships with small and large companies alike. Jay's experience as a Bankruptcy Paralegal and Campaign Worker have given him exceptional insight into legal and sales practices, and he uses that insight to cultivate the strong growth of MJA Web Design LLC.
